Over the past few day's and week, myself and Adam have been discussing the future of Be the Manager as a forum, last season we unfortunalty saw very low activity which of course was of huge dissapointment to those who have worked so hard to make Be the Manager a success, we saw low transfer market activites all round, and also low posting from the majority of members with a few minority working hard to make BTM a success and enjoyment for all involved with playing and running the game. Myself and Adam were extremely pleased to have completed a full season with a respectable amount of regulary sheeting managers, making it easier to run the games. We finished the season in high spirits with new ideas for the next season. We confirmed that we had around one league's full of managers, we discussed in the previous few days that due to low activity we weren't sure on how to progress with the site. Since the annocment of the new season, and no new transfer activity which we see as the main problem, we sat down and disuccused the future running of the forums, The admins put a lot of effort into the site and so want to make sure that everything is running smoothly and we are doing the best we can. Before the end of the previous season, I revamped the entire forums into a new and different place to be with a lot of new features, we even offered to offer your clubs money for participating in transfers and unfortuantly nothing was improved, which isn't neccesarly your fault, however if this was too never improve the site wouldn't ever be a good ESMS site. So we decided to discuss the future of the site and whether it would be worth continuing the site in it's current state, and we decided that we put a lot of work into the site and at the moment, it doesn't seem to be being enjoyed hugely as some ESMS sites which is fully understandable as we acknowledge we don't have as many members and different features as other sites. So we have decided that Be the Manager will cease to exist we are throughly dissapointed to take this decision however believe that it wouldn't be right nor be a good idea to continue running the site in it's current form. Now obviously this may not be liked by members who have built up their teams and to work hard. We are willing to listen to your ideas and have the possibility of opening for a second season if the demand is really there. However we understand that you may agree the site should close as it's not attracting the correct activity levels. It's up to you now. We want you to be completly honest and tell us what you think because if the demand is there, activity levles increase, than we would be more than happy to continue.
Many Thanks,
Be the Manager Admin Team.

Changes to Be the Manager in FULL
- New skin (Background) The most obvious of the new changes and something which may take some time to get used to. The light blue adds a bit more light and colour to the site while the layout changes with the main body of the post being to the left hand side while the member is on the right hand side. However we think it looks better like this and already …

I really enjoyed last season to be honest right onto the possible problems:
*Teams starting with no where near enough cash to get a solid market going
*Non lists would be a good way to get people involved in transfers as they like players outside the game
*Insentives say like if you sheeted for 3 games in a row with no errors you get a reward something like free 300abs for 1 player or a free player thats not already on the game
*Rewards for manager or team of the month say cash insentive or free abs
Ok this is what should happen, remove managers who do nothing....make sure the admin sheet everygame and yes James this is pointed at you.
Plus transfer wise you havnt given us our reward money yet or done the auctions so whyyy dont you start that?
Also none of the writers have done anything at all.
Plus i know that Adam cant be bothered anyways lol.
If you want this too work, just start the auction asap and give us our money and start it...then if its still shit then stop.
