Important Notice

Training Camps will no longer be going ahead for this season. The Admin team took the decision to make the game/forums more stable and concentrate on getting every bodies sheets in rather than move onto new and different ventures. So for Season One training camps will not be happening, however we will have a introduction to the training camps at the end of season 1 and the break before season 2. We hope this does not cause any inconvience, thanks for your ever growing support!

Was just wondering is there a possible alternative for giving abs to youngies just for this season...

That is something we will discuss we may offer some sort of mini training camp in the middle of the season to give you a chance and also so we can test the way we will do it.
