I am prepared to conduct an interview with a BTM manager. If you want to be this manager reply to this thread with a sample reply to the following question. The best answer will get to have an exclusive interview.

Question: As a new manager at the club, how do you think your new players will react to the changes that a new manager brings to an established club?

i think it will take the players a while to get use to me being their new manager but once they get to know me more and i know them more we will be on some winning streaks and im sure i will be at this club for a while and improve them as much as i can.

I think the players will react well, new managers is all part of football and will be something they get used to, as a manager you need to make it easier on your new players by not over reacting to anything and taking things in your stride maybe even sitting down with each player individually and telling them if they will be a first teamer or will be sold so that there career can carry on elsewhere
