I would buy Ochoa from America(MEX) around £4mill, Jan Verthongen from Ajax for around 7mill, I would then go speak to Joe Cole Free, I would also sign Romelu Lukaku from Anderlecht for 6mill, While selling Gallas for what ever will be paid, Silvestre for 1mill, sell Rosicky for around 6mill.
